You might not think it is an office, but I do.
It is really the lower shelf of the printer stand in my mom and dad's computer room, and mom took one of those 'picture' things of me in my office. Since there is only 7 inches of room between the shelves, mom says I may have to rent a larger office before long.
But for now, as long as I can manage to crawl in and out of my office, I am a happy puppy!
