Just behind the castle you hear swords clanging together and men yelling back and forth. Investigating, you find yourself in the Training Yard where all of Lady Poca's guards train. Not only are the guards there, but young squires as well. All are working hard at physical improvement. Some are working with swords, while others are learning hand to hand combat. However, it does not look like the usual style for this combat. Instead, the men are unsing both hands and feet in what looks like a choreographed dance. Some men fight each other, but their movements are controlled, and they never actually strike each other. Some are simply practicing motions while standing in place, or while moving around in intricate patterns. Other men are using staffs, in the same ways the men practice the hand motions. Curious, you approach a man who seems to be in charge. He's showing younger boys some of the beginning motions, and correcting the older ones on what they've learned already. You decide to ask him what they are doing, hoping you'll get some answers that are helpful.
