The Tower

After climbing the stairs to the very top of this large tower, you are afforded a beautiful view of Gaultheria. To your south you can see the fields and the path to Gaultheria out the southern window, and over the roof of the castle to the Fortuna River and the Lake of Nepenthe and the forests beyond.

Moving around the comfortable room, you notice maps on a table. They outline the basic structure of the continent, including Morrowind and Strikehaven. The first map (which you can tell by it's date is slightly outdated and thus slightly incorrect) is just a simple picture of the land and it's divisions. However, under that one, there are various copies of the map, each one marked differently. Some of them point out different areas where the watches are posted each night. Others, much more complex ones, appear to outline formations in battle, the positions for the troops and special underground tunnels for the inhabitants of Gaultheria to hide in.

Circling around the tower, you see another table near the northern window. This table also has charts and drawings on it. However, these are more scientific and less militaristic. Picking up the charts you can see that they outline the paths of the winds and the course of the moon. With these, scholars in Gaultheria chart and predict the weather to come.

On the same table as the weather charts there is a separate set of charts. These outline the heavens at night. Gaultheria's greatest scholars have set about charting the night sky and several of the phenomenas that occur.
