Not just a collection of links, but also some tasting notes.

Tasting

1998-06-28 Bacharacher Kloster Fürstental
Silvaner Kabinett Trocken 1994

Mittelrhein
Light yellow colour. Small smell. Crisp, fresh, almost sharp taste. Light, but good with food, with its edge.
1998-01-24 Santorini Boutari 1996
Santorini
Very light yellow colour. Rather small smell. Full, slightly spicy, very fresh and fruity taste.
1997-11-22 Domaine de l'Eglantiere 1994
Chablis
Slightly greenish light yellow colour. Fresh, fruity smell. Fruity, aromatic and harmonious taste.
1997-11-22 Colle Gaio 1989
Frascati
Very light straw colour. Small smell. Long, intense and aromatic taste. This is by far the Frascati I have tried and probably the best dry white wine, all categories. I just hope I can get hold of another vintage.
1997-11-15 Crozes-Hermitages 1990
Alain Graillot
Very dark garnet colour. Fragrant fruity smell. Intense and very full taste, with berry nuances. Mature now, but can likely survive a couple of years more. Probably the best Crozes-Hermitage I have had - highly recommended!
1997-10-11 Navarro Correas Pinot Noir 1991
Mendoza
Brilliant red colour. "Old cellar" smell and slightly flat taste. Maybe a little too old.
1997-09-27 Les Braconnes 1992
Crozes-Hermitage
Medium violet-red colour. Lighter taste. The label says cépage grenache, which is most weird.
1997-09-?? Brumo 1995
Nebbiolo d'Alba
Dark red colour. Still young and somewhat tannic. Typical Nebbiolo.
1997-07-18 Bersano 1991
Barbaresco
Dark brick red colour, full mature taste.
1997-07-12 ?? 1992
Nemea
Dark red colour, aromatic bouquet (yes that's a bad description), rich, fruity, raisiny taste. Quite good.
1997-06-20 Liedholm Grignolino 1996
Grignolino del Monferrato
Light red colour, crisp, slightly bitter taste but still very fruity. This is the perfect summer wine.
1997-06-14 Palo Cortado Viejo C.P.
Jerez
Very good sherry. Dry sherry isn't to everyone's taste, but I love it and this one is a good example. Palo Cortado is also my favourite type, combining the best of two worlds.
1997-05-31 Velletri Riserva 1992
Castelli Romani
Really good. Dark purplish colour. Fresh fruity taste with cherry tones. Rather young, good now, but can probably develop for a couple of years too. Then of course the company was great :-)
1997-03-21 Waaay too much Don't ask.
1997-03-15 Chateau Cazal-Viel
Languedoc-Rousillon?
Quite good. Distinct flavour of barrel aging. Good now, but can probably be aged for a couple of years too.
1997-01-03 Tenuta Trerose 1989
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano
Excellent! Dark red colour, full mature taste, a little cherry tone.
