Frohike, compared to his colleagues, looks like the proverbial dirty old man with his
short stature, combat boots and his leering attitude towards Scully. He once loaned a pair
of night vision goggles to Mulder in exchange for Scully's phone number, but he has a tender side,
shown when he brought flowers to the dying Scully. He is the photographic and surveillence expert of the group.

Byers, with his professor-like appearence seems like an unlikely member of the motley bunch of
characters. His calm demeanour and no-nonsense attitude belies an encyclopedic knowledge of conspiracy
theory. When Mulder asks him for assistance in diagnosing the disease that's killing Scully, he is
completely capable of describing it in succinct detail. He is the military and information systems expert
of the group.

Langly, with his long blond hair, thick black glasses and a penchant for hard rock music t-shirts, looks
as, if not more, unconventional than Frohike. He is totally paranoid, recording every phone conversation
and has an aversion to unsecure communications and as a result is the communications expert of the group.
