I took this picture during my second visit to Las Vegas, in 1991. I was only 14 years old at the time, and I couldn't gamble... My brother (who was 16 years old at the time) and I just stayed in Circus Circus and Excalibur a lot because we could play games there..I think this prepared me for when I went back last summer (1997)...I was losing my MONEY like a madwoman! :)
The Sands Hotel, pictured here, is no longer standing...unfortunately, it met its death a few years ago. I think that it got hit by one of those big wrecking balls!
