 Mexican Cole Slaw

    1/2 c  Shredded Red Cabbage              1/4 ts Ground Cumin
    1/2 c  Shredded Green Cabbage            1/8 ts Salt
      1 md Carrot, Pared, Grated               1 pn Fresh Ground Pepper
    1/4 c  Low Fat Yogurt

  Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.  Serve at once or
  refrigerate and serve cold.  49 calories per serving.  From: Syd's
