 Grilled Whole Chilies

           Fruit - select firm ripe fru             Fresh mint chopped
    110 ml Plain yoghurt                            Mint sprigs
      1 ts Honey

  Recipe by: Carol Miller-Tutzauer riacmt@ubvmsc.cc.buffalo.edu 1. Slice the
  fruit.

  2.  Serve with a dollop of yoghurt mixed with honey and mint. Garnish with
  mint sprigs.
