 North Carolina: Western IV (Smoked Pork)

  2 tb Brown sugar                         1 tb Paprika
1/4 ts Chili powder                        1 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt                              1/8 ts Cayenne
  2 tb Worcestershire Sauce              1/2 c  White Vinegar
  1 c  Tomato sauce                      1/4 c  Ketchup
1/4 c  Water

Simmer 10 minutes and refrigerate overnight prior to using.
