North Carolina: Western III (Smoked Pork) 1 c Tomato sauce 2 tb Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 c Ketchup 1 ts Dry mustard 1/4 c White vinegar 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 c Water 1/4 ts Chili Powder 2 tb Brown sugar 1/8 ts Cayenne Pepper 1 tb Paprika Simmer for 10 minutes.
