North Carolina: Western I (Smoked Pork) 1 c Ketchup 1/4 c Onion, minced 1 c Brown sugar, packed 1 ts Pepper Sauce 1/2 c Lemon juice 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c Butter Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for another 30 minutes. Use as a dipping sauce. |
