Other Recipe Choices

 

 Barbeque Sauce - French

    1/3 c  Corn syrup                          1 ea Garlic, clove
    1/3 c  White wine                          1 t  Salt
    1/4 c  Corn oil                          1/8 t  Pepper
    1/4 c  Dijon mustard                     1/3 c  Onion or shallots, diced
      2 T  Parsley

  Saute Onions or shallots in a little corn oil until cooked but not browned.
  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer for 10 minutes.  Cool and serve or serve
  hot.
