 Chicken Barbeque Sauce

      3 c  Ketchup                           1/2 c  Soy sauce
      1 c  Minced onion                      1/2 c  Brown sugar
      1 c  Dry red wine                        1 c  Oyster sauce
      3 lg Garlic cloves; minced               1 ts Tabasco sauce
      2 tb Ginger; grated                      1 ts Ground coriander
      2 tb Worcestershire sauce                     Black pepper to taste
      2 tb Dijon mustard

  Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
  Cool and serve on the side. This freezes well.
