 Charlotte Pork Sandwich Sauce

      1 tb Brown sugar                         1 ea Garlic clove, minced
      1 tb Flour                               1 ts Chili powder
      1 tb Dry mustard                       1/2 c  Water
      1 ts Salt                              1/2 c  Vinegar
      1 ts Pepper                            1/2 c  Chicken broth
      1 ts Paprika                             1 tb Lemon juice
      1 ts Cayenne

  Smoke cook pork, then shred finely.  Heat sauce ingredients 20 minutes but
  do not boil.  Pour on pork and steep overnight.  Skim fat and make pork
  patties.  Heat and serve with cole slaw on bun.
