 Buckaroo Bar-B-Q Sauce

      1 ea Medium onion, sliced                1 tb Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c  Chopped celery                      1 c  Water
      2 tb Fat                               1/2 c  Catsup
      2 tb Brown sugar                         1 ea 8 oz can seasoned tomato
      2 tb Prepared mustard                         -sauce

  Cook onions and celery in hot fat till soft and yellow.  Add remaining
  ingredients; Mix thoroughly.  Makes 2 cups, enough to barbeque 4 lbs
  spareribs.
