 Big John's Marinade

  1 1/4 c  Salad oil, olive oil, or mix      3/4 c  Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c  Soy sauce                           2 tb Dry mustard
  2 1/4 ts Salt                                1 tb Fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 c  Red wine vinegar                    1 ts Dried parsley flakes
      1 ts Crushed garlic                    1/3 c  Lemon juice

  Prepare this marinate at least 6 hours in advance of
  use and always marinate meat for 6 -8 hours or overnight. Baste during the
  grilling/smoking process.  Mop it on before serving.
