Arkansas BBQ Sauce (2gal) 2 qt Water 1/2 c Black pepper 1 1/2 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Dried red pepper flakes 1 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce 3 qt Red wine vinegar 1 1/2 c Yellow mustard 1 qt White wine 1 qt Catsup 1 1/2 c Salt Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. do not cook or store in aluminum store in glass. Makes 2 gallons. |
