Ginger Sherry Pork Chops 1/3 c Dry sherry 1 ts Honey 2 tb Soy sauce 1 Garlic clove; finely chopped 1 tb Vegetable oil 4 Butterfly pork chops; 1 tb Gingerroot; finely chopped - 1" thick Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish. Place pork in dish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill 4-5" from medium coals, 14-16 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once, until no longer pink in center. |
