The club was called...

'Graham Central Station' and it was awesome! I arrived in Odessa in the afternoon and went straight from the airport to the venue. That turned out to be a good thing because I got to watch Jo Dee and the band rehearse several songs before the doors even opened! Thanks to the people to ran the place, I was able to attend her 'meet & greet' and then watch the show later that evening from fourth row center. An evening I will not soon forget!
