One word...

Can easily describe this event: HOT! It had to have been 100 degrees with the humidity very near the same. By the time I got to see Jo Dee at the Meet and Greet, I was a dripping mess. She, of course, was her usual charming and gorgeous self despite the heat. Her performance was no disappointment either. Although I've seen her perform the Gloria Estefan medley several times before, she really seemed to be in a 'zone' for this one! Terri Clark followed and I even stuck around for her show (most of it) hoping Jo Dee might join her onstage, but no such luck. Since Jo Dee's Road Manager and I had a little 'talk' backstage at Fan Fair about my camera, I thought it best not to bring one at all this time. It was just as well since without it I was able to really enjoy the show and not spend so much time loading film!
