What a week!
This was my first visit to Fan Fair and I booked the trip a few days after I saw Jo Dee in concert for the first time back in December '98. For me, the week got off to kind of a slow start (because Jo Dee wasn't there), but escalated rapidly. At first I thought, "Yeh, this is kewl, but I don't know if I'd want to do it again." By the end of the week I was thinking "Where do I sign up for next year?!" Despite what you may have heard about long lines, etc., it really wasn't all that bad and was well worth the trip. If you haven't been, I HIGHLY recommend it! Below is a daily synopsis of things as I saw them.
