THE GATES TO HEAVEN

• 2 eggs
• Olive oil (plenty)
• 2 (skinned and sliced) garlic cloves

NARRATIVE

1. First fill pan with oil (2 cm depth) and put it into hard fire till it gets really hot.
2. Spread the garlic slices and let it go for some seconds.
3. Carefully crack the eggs over the pan and let it fry till you like the viewing.

TIPS: Serve with white soft bread, maybe some salt and pepper.
