Simple lentils as they-must-be

1/2 kg lentils

3 spoonfuls olive oil
-
2 garlic cloves
-
Half an onion in bits
-
3 to 6 bacon rashers
-
A good pinch of salt, parsley and paprika
NARRATIVE

Slightly fry the bacon together with the onions and the garlic cloves, directly in the saucepan or pot used.

Introduce the lentils mixing everything well for 2 minutes.

Then, put enough water to cover the mix. Put the seasoning and the wine in and cook slowly until the lentils get as soft as desired. Remember to add water as needed in order to prevent scorching.
TIPS: Serve hot enough.
Use of dipped bread is quite tasty.
