NARRATIVE

  1. First wash, clean and dry the fish.
  2. Make a salt bed at the bottom of the (preferable an oval oven fish) pan, then put the fish, then cover the fish completely with salt.
  3. Introduce the pan in the oven. Depending on temperature (200º centigrades recommended) and fish and pot sizes, it will be OK after about 30 minutes (the salt should be strongly packed by that time).
  4. Carefully discard all of the salt. Clean the fish and serve with some soft only-vegetable salad and/or any kind of accompanying sauce.

TIPS: Use only Sea Bream or alike fishes for this recipe (bass or akin). Drop some olive oil over the fish´ flesh to make it softer.
