Miguelīs Paella

NARRATIVE

  1. First boil all seafood in covering some salted water for 15 minutes. Separate the juice and reserve everything apart.
  2. Put a pan to soft fire with the onion and garlic in tiny pieces. In a minute put all previously boiled seafood in the pan and fry continuously for 5 minutes.
  3. Now, put the rice together with the tomato sauce in the pan and mix well everything. Once all mixed, put the reserved juice (2 small cups per cup of rice, and that must be exact!!!) and increase the fire so that it may heat the whole pan evenly.
  4. Put the spices in. Move gently the pan if needed (donīt move the contents again).  

DEPENDING ON FIRE .......usually 20 exact minutes

TIPS: Last 2 minutes grilled in the oven.
