1. Make sure that your site meets these criteria:
   • It's in the MotorCity neighborhood of GeoCities or one of its Suburbs
   • It's not under construction
   • It's developed
   • It's your site
   • It contains NO GeoCities Content Guideline Violations, especially:
     • No Porn
     • No Sponsorship Banners (except those approved by GeoCities)
2. Fill out the join form (see below)
3. Put the HTML Fragment (see below) on your site.
