Hey check out this 34 coupe! It belongs to Dan Miller, this was sent to me by Dan himself, My first chance to publish a Reader's ride article. Well enough of that, check out the mods to this neat hot rod... Body: all original steel 1934 Ford, chopped 3 1/2" ,filled top.
Frame: 1934 Ford, boxed, filled, cherried,model A rear cross member to accept the halibrand housing.
Motor: 1948 Merc flathead w / Thickstun 2 tall intake, Thickstun heads
w / fined covers, 2 94s for carbs, Harmon Collins dual point w / dual Mallory coils. Original Beehive to filter the oil.
Front suspention: 4 1/2'' dropped & drilled Chasis enginering axel, 37 Delco oil filled arm lever shocks,early 1950 era radious rods, 1952 Ford pickup steering box.
Rear suspention: 1936 Ford tubes & axels, 1940 Halibrand V-8 quickchange, model A wishbone split w /57 Chevy tierod ends, hydralic shocks.
Wheels: 1940 Ford steelies, rear-split and widened 3"
Trans: 1938 Ford 3 speed Top loader w / Lincoln-Zepher gears.
Interior: 1934 Ford, tuck & rolled black & red leather,Stewart-Warner winged w / domed crystals, 1937 Ford banjo steering wheel.
