27th to 29t November 1999
We would like to invite everyone to participate in our annual charity ride. This year, our event is held in Hatyai on the 27th November 1999 to 28th November 1999. We are expecting a huge turnout due to popular demand from last year’s event, so we would advise all participants to register early to avoid disappointment.

We visited the deaf and mute school and raised some funds for these kids, who live in a world of silence and loneliness. However, what is most important is not just the funds that we helped raised but the fun and joy that we have brought to these kids when we visited them. Just to see the laughter on their faces would have made our day!!! |
For this year, we would be raising funds in support of a school (Ban Nam Khem School) in the Chana region of Songkhla and also for a Masjid School in the same area. We highly encourage everyone to help out in whatever way they can. The following is a photo of Ban Nam Khem School and the Masjid School. One can see that even its wall is made from the bark of bamboo shoots. The children don’t have the basic necessities of chairs, tables, blackboard and pencil & pens.

We will also be visiting Pa Prem Park, a nature park, where we will be releasing fishes back into the sea. Since the coming year is not only a start of a new century but also a start to a New Thousand Years, this act of releasing fishes is a very significant act indeed. It is a symbolic act of nature conservation and an act that invests in our own future. It helps to ensure that there will be many more fishes for the future !!!
