Bill Jansen's 1936 Ford Coupe

I owned a 1938 Ford Coupe which I swapped for this 1936 Ford Coupe
at the 78 UnNationals in Cowra.  After driving the car home I lifted the carpets
and found a very rusty floor held together with pop riveted aluminium panels.
I was not impressed and spent the next 6 months replacing the whole floor with
a new one.  While I was at it I replaced the front end with a HG Holden front end
and the engine with a 308 Holden V8 and a 3 speed Transmission. Within a month
of  swapping  a 5 seater coupe for a single seat coupe my wife told me she was pregnant
with our first son, who after he was born spent the first year of his life on the parcel
shelf of the 36 coupe. No wonder he turned into a hot rodder.
I drove this rod around for the next 5 years and then sold it to a Victorian rodder
who painted it candy apple red after which I lost track of it.
