Jim Newman's 1936 Ford Coupe

THE COBAR KID

This 36 Coupe was found at the Cobar tip in 1978 by Bill Jansen and brought home.
After some rust repairs were done the car was sold to Jim Newman who commissioned

Peter Day to do the bodywork. After a 4 year buildup the car was on the road and
was driven to many long distance rod runs. It was eventually sold to a rodder in Albury
where it is still on the road.
