I really hope you enjoy this site. I have been adding to this site for some time now. I will eventually have a link for the majority of all Pontiac links.
I want to invite everyone to take a moment and check out my Pontiac Chat Room. I thought, what a great idea! With all the places to post questions, wouldn't it be cool to be able to chat with other Pontiac enthusiasts!
I currently own a '68 Bonneville. I nearly sold this car a few months ago. I knew the car was kind of rare I just did not know how rare. It is a factory 3 speed on the floor, 1 of 208 produced. The car has A/C, Rear defrost, am reverb, and a few other options. I am the third owner. The first owner sold it in '69. His wife wanted a bigger car. So he took it to a local Ford dealership, and somehow drove home a '69 Mustang Mach I. I bet he caught and ear full! Poor guy. *S* The second owner drove it as a family car for 27 years. They stuck a for sale sign in it and it sat and sat. For nearly a year. We put a set of jumper cables on it and drove it home. You wouldn't believe what we gave for it!
Here is the newest picture of the interior with my daughter behind the wheel. So what do you think guys, am I going have a little Hot Rodder on my hands?
On 8-20-98, I bought this '94 Firebird. I wasn't really tooking for it, but it found me. It's powered by a 3.4 V-6, 4 speed auto. It's far from a power house, but it gets me from point A to point B in style.
My '69 GTO was a real runner. Powered by a 428 T-400 and 3:55 Posi. I ran 13.5 at over 100 mph. I'm hear to say, if I knew more about fine tuning cars it would have ran better. I rebuilt the 428 just before I sold it and a good friend of mine helped me tune it. I'll regret not getting it on the track for a long time. I done a wonderful job with that motor! #62 heads, R/A IV cam forged pistons, true roller timing chain. Man, it really rumbled. Them 5.0 Mustangs and V-8 Monzas would get a real lesson from me.
I had a real fun time every time I drove the GTO. What a blast to drive a muscle car like that!
One of the '67 leMans I had I sold to my younger brother. He has had it pretty much all restored. It looks better than new. I'll get a few pics scanned.
The other '67 Lemans was my first. It is still on the road for the guy I sold it too. Surprising to me, I thought I had finished it off!
The '66 GTO was in parts, pretty much. I had installed the motor and the Muncie. Then decided it was too much work for me. I kick myself in the rear every time I think how stupid I was. I sold that car for $425.00. I know what a moron!
