When I'm out on the road on my various trips around the country, there are alo of bikers that will lift a freindly arm to wave as I meet them road or a thumbs-up. But there are still you guys who for some unknown reason, just look at me as if just Pissed on your cornflakes and ride on down the road, making me wonder if I got a big string of snot running out of my nose, or my helmet on backwards! Or is it just the simple fact that I'm not riding the same brand of scooter that you are?I'm no better than you or you better than me. I just deserve the respect of a friendly jesture and t e feeling that I share the same interest as you do, no matter what my choice is about what I have for a two-wheeler. You don"t know me and chances are you never will, but just maybe we will meet at the same gas stop or resteraunt down the road and we will strike up a conversation a bout the weather or the ride, or whatever, and I'm sure you would feel alot better about the fact that you made someone feel a little more welcome sharing the same road and interest as you do. So the next time you see me, or anyone else for that matte , on the road, just stick out your arm and give me a litte wave and I will always wave back to you so you know that you have a friend on the road and that maybe some day when you are down along the side of the road and maybe run out of gas, I'll be the o e to stop and help you , unless I remember that you were the guy who just couldn't wave cause you were too good to.
