I got my first bike from my friend Nelson. The bike is was an 83 Suzuki gs400E which had a bad CDI Unit, and possibly the voltage regulator as well !

I found a good parts bike an 80 gs400, set up for drag racing. It had two individual air filters one for each carb, a two into one pipe, straight handle bars, an engine with only 21k on it (at least that's what the clock read); and a big ass sproket on the rear. I found out the electrical parts of the other bike were not the same, so much for that parts bike.

Then I brought the bike down from my friend Nelson's house, we tied it to the back of my buddy's BMW and towed it down DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME it is VERY dangerous; as I found out the first time we had to stop. The rope got slack, tangled around my front wheel it then locked up and you can figure what happened next. It was nothing major, nothing was damaged since we were going slow but from then on I slammed on my brakes and let the car drag me until it stopped. It was very tricky, the car had to take off very smoothly, and stop even smoother no sudden jerks or I would be snapped around like a like rag doll. We took it to my friend's house because I don't have a garage and if my parents knew I had a bike they would have killed me. (I thought)

After that I moved it to a new place down my street so my parents wouldn't know I had it, it got towed I had to push it down to my house (about an 1hr), paid 70$ to get it out and had to tell my parents about the bike anyway (not about the towing though) and guess what! they didn't even care, anyway the parts for it were too expensive brand new, I ended up selling the thing for 400$.
