The area is a fairly easy area to detail as long as you have a good floor to work with.  Again, it all depends on what you plan to do with the car.  The floor area has been painted the standard black/turquoise spatter paint color, and has been coated with clear for additional durability.  Little things like rewrapping the wiring harness, detailing the jack/spare tire, and keeping it clean will make you proud to show off this area.  I also cleaned up the light housings and lenses, and freshened up all of the electrical connections.  Since I have a space saver spare tire, I may actually have room for stuff too.  For everyday driving I plan on putting in a houndstooth liner (Only came with deluxe interiors originally) to keep the trunk cleaner.

As for the trunk lid, I took the time to sand the underside and put a good coat of paint on it when the car was painted.  Things like the Limited Slip Differential sticker (Sticker on right), the Jacking Instructions (Sticker on left),  and the correct acorn nuts on the spoiler mounting studs will add to the details.
