Being in good physical shape has many benefits, as we all know. So I won't spend time trying to convince you of that. The purpose of this section of MTA is to provide encouragement and ideas for those who are interested in "shaping up" the body God has given them. Most of us know what a struggle it is to get in shape and to keep in shape, and there are as many ways of doing this as there are people. My intent here is merely to share what I have learned--and what I am still learning. I have no medical training, so please be wise and simply consider my suggestions to be ideas worth checking into.
