Champion DIMADAL LIMITED EDITION
alias "Kodak" was born on 13th March 1996. He was from the
first litter sired by Reebok - Aust. Grand Champion Dimadal Ima Knockout CD ET.
Because we were also campaigning Reebok - Kodak had to be contented with many
Reserve Challenges to his father. He did however obtain his title, even
though I found him to be a difficult dog to show. Kodak always performed better
for my son Nate, and consequently Nate has almost exclusively handled Kodak
since he was 12 months of age. Nate and Kodak have a special bond and
enjoy going on long walks in our paddocks together, now they share this pastime
with Nates other dog - his 12 month old Irish Setter- "Rusty" CH Brodruggan Turn Back Time. Kodak is a strikingly good looking black male,
with beautiful spotting and lovely dark brown eyes. He is very balanced and
stylist with a lovely strong male head.
He is the sire of Violet "CH Jendally Aussie Eureka ET" from his first litter and we are awaiting the birth of his latest litter with much anticipation. These pups are from our lovely liver bitch Pepper "Elshakelan Firefly" and are due July 2000.
Kodaks sister "Tessie" is the Melbourne Fire Brigade Firedog Kitt 3. She performs many fire safety demonstrations in Melbourne with her handler Barb McCumisky. Tessie is very famous and extremely talented - we congratulate her on her wonderful career!
Kodak has a very gentle disposition and is loved by all our dogs including the other males. He once collected 6 baby bunnies from a burrow in our paddock and brought them over to me one by one. When he had collected them all he layed down and licked them all gently. Kodak's also has a soft spot for our cats. He is however the top dog in our kennels (only second to Shelby) and demands enormous respect from the other dogs!
