Dear Dr. Holmes:

I am 25 years old and in fear that I am suffering from premature ejaculation. Generally, I come within five minutes of initial insertion. Please help. Is there some medicine or treatment I can avail of here in the Philippines (knowing the medieval way we look at sex problems)? If I need to have treatment, what kind of doctors should I go to?

Dear PREM:

Premature ejaculation is one of the easiest sexual dysfunctions to help correct. My latest book, Bad Bold Brazen has two appendices on the most effective way to deal with this problem and, lest you think I am merely trying to up the sales of my books, you can always just read it in national bookstore without buying it, okay?

I have no doubt that, in time, there will be a medical way to deal with this--a pill to pop, etc.--but right now, using the behavior mod principles described in the appendix is the way to go.
