It is an action drama and the producer has roped in big stars like Ajay Devgan and Salman Khan in special appearances. It is the story of an honest police officer Vijay Khanna (Naseerudin Shah). He has a younger brother Suraj (Manik Bedi). Then there are villains like Bishabar Pratap (Mohan Joshi), his younger brother (Arjun). Vijay is implicated in the smuggling of arms and ammunitions and is sentenced to seven years imprisonment. However Vijay escapes from jail and with the help of his brother finishes off the villains. Ajay Devgan and Ayesha Julka have been given a dance sequence. Salman is there for some action. In the film, there is also Veeru Devgan, an art director, who has shown how dangerous are those stunt scenes. There is nothing new in the film. Naseerudin Shah has given a good performance. Manik Bedi has done an average job. The role of his beloved is played by Madhoo. |
