PREM AGGAN Cast: Fardeen Khan, Meghna Kothari, Anupam Kher & Raj Babbar Direction: Feroz Khan Rating: * |
Actor director Feroz
Khan is known for making
extravaganzas like Qurbani,
Dharmatma...But this time with
his new film launching his son
Fardeen Khan, Feroz Khan has
disappointed the audience. The
things which he gave much
importance is to make the new
heroine of the film Meghana
Kothari wear minimal dresses and
secondly that Fardeen Khan has
been posed as a great hero. The film has the old repeated story of poor boy falling in love with the rich girl and then their love is opposed by the girl's father. Sapna is a spoilt daughter of millionaire JK (Anupam Kher). As usual she falls in love with poor armyman's (Raj Babbar) son Suraj (Fardeen Khan). JK opposes her daughter's love and so to separate the lovers sends Sapna to Australia. Then Suraj to meet his love sells his motorbike and goes to Australia. Love triumphs and that's the end. The film is poor in almost all the departments. There is no comedy scene in the film. Fardeen Khan looks good and does some good action scenes. But his American accent in the dialogue delivery does not create that impact among the audience. Meghana Kothari looks okay and is average in acting. The film does have excellent visuals. This is the department where Feroz Khan has left his mark. The music is good but not of that type which is useful in making a love story a hit. |
