It is a family drama. The film has an emotional story but director K Ravi Shankar tried to make it a light comedy and this is where he failed to make a gripping film. After many years, Reema Lagoo delivers a baby boy. But in the hospital two babies get mixed up and she has to raise both the babies not knowing who is her own baby. Both the boys grow up with the feelings and love for real brothers. Later in the film, it is revealed that the father (Sadhashiv Amrapurkar) of both the sons (Mukul Dev and Arshad Warsi) is common. Another angle to the story is that both the heroes fall in love with the same girl (Namrata Shirodkar). In the climax one of them sacrifices his love for the other. Arshad Warsi and Mukul Dev do not rise above the film. Namrata Shirodkar looks beautiful but will have to learn a lot about acting. Reema Lagoo has given a good performance in the role of mother. Sadhashiv Amrapurkar is too loud. The music is average with few melodious songs like Tanha Mein .... |
