It is the story of a group of four gangsters coming from different backgrounds -- Gangu (Jackie Shroff), Nihal (Kumar Gaurav), Abdul (Nana Patekar) and Gairi (Javed Jaffery). They live their life by committing petty crimes. The four friends have a foster sister (Shafugta Ali). Gangu has a mother and a girlfriend (Juhi Chawla).

There are two rival gangs - one led by Khan (Mukhesh Khanna) who is good-samaritan, while the other is led by a hardcore criminal (Imtiaz Khan). Rest of the film is how crime pays off.

Of the star cast Jackie Shroff has given an able performance. Some of the scenes are very stylishly shot but are overlooked in an otherwise dragged film. The story is repetitive.
