It is a love story where the lovers fall in love over Internet just like in You've Got Mail. This is a partially dubbed film. Raja (Kunal) leaves his family in the village and comes to Mumbai to do his MBA. He gets admission due to the generousity of the college chairman Ram Chander (Nazir). In the cyber cafe Raja encounters with Roja (Sonali Bendre) in a chat room. Both get attracted to each other in the chat room. They even exchange glances and smile at the railway station. Then the twist: Roja turns out to be the daughter of Ram Chander. Ram wants his daughter to get married to a rich man. Raja decides to sacrifice his love but finally there is a happy ending.
