Rajveer (Sunny Deol), a cop, has taken the job of protecting a kid Abbas (Master Abhishek Sharma) from a maniac killer Nazir (Rahul Dev). Nazir has already killed Abbas's parents as his father was forced to commit suicide because of Abbas's father. There is Sapna (Manisha Koirala), a well-wisher of Abbas. She also loves Rajveeer.

The first half of the film when the child and his friends drive Rajveer crazy with their tantrums is very boring. There is unwanted crudity and vulgar jokes. However the second half of the film is better with some very good action scenes and good performances.

Of the performances Sunny Deol is always good as the tough guy. He is very good in action scenes. However this time it is debutant Rahul Dev as an anti-hero who steals the show. He has the right expressions and body-language, and fantastic physique to make this role look perfect. He is successful in creating terror in one's mind. Manisha Koirala looks beautiful but has nothing much to do. Couple of songs are good and well-picturised. Direction is okay -- better in action scenes.
