Rupali Walia (Sushmita Sen) is an over-ambitious model who wants every luxury in life for which she can wait till eternity. She believes the easiest way to glory is to marry a billionaire. For fulfilling her dreams she even rejects proposal from her best friend Deepak (Saif Ali Khan) to marry her. ![]() Prem Mehra (Salman Khan) is a happy married man who loves his wife and kids. He is satisfied with his life but misses some spice in life after marriage. His wife Pooja (Karisma Kapoor) has very little time to go out with her husband, as she is busy with performing the duties of an Indian housewife. Prem is owner if an Advertisement agency and signs Rupali as a model. Prem starts liking her and does not think it is wrong to spend some of his time fooling around with her. He plans a trip to Switzerland with her and somehow is able to convince his folks to go alone. Lakhan promises Pooja to get Prem to his house where he should be. Pooja and Lakhan chalk out a plan to accomplish their mission. With help from her mother in-law and her children Lakhan and Pooja are able to make Prem realise his mistake. ![]() The film has the regular David Dhawan elements in it. But still one has to say the film shortfalls to keep up his reputation of being the best entertainer in the country. Salman Khan stands out in the film, as should be the case as the film revolves around him. Karisma & Sushmita have done their roles befittingly. The music given by Anu Malik is ordinary with couple of good songs. The comedy is there but nothing extraordinary about it. There are similarities to David Dhawan's past hits and one got the feeling he is becoming monotonous. The script by Rumi Jaffery is very predictable and there is nothing new to look forward to. The film has been picturised well in the States and Switzerland. All in all the film is passable. Songs of Biwi No. 11. Hai Mirche 2. Ishq Chandi Hai 3. Biwi No. 1 4.
