Aditi (Tabu) is happily married to her husband Shrikant (Sachin Khedekar) for more than 25 years. They also have a son Aniket (Sunil Barve). All hell breaks loose when it is revealed that Aniket is not Shrikant's child. It is then that Aditi discloses the truth that as Shrikant was always busy with his office work, he did not spend much time with his wife. In one of the incidents, Aditi gets into a physical relationship with her music teacher (Mohnish Behl). From that day onwards she does not meet the music teacher and that she still loves her husband. However Shrikant is furious and makes her talk about this incident in front of Aniket and Shrikant's friend and his wife. Towards the end, Aditi decides to leaves her husband and family and go in search of her own identity.

The film is good in places. Performance-wise Tabu steals the show . She is brilliant and gives a performance worth some awards. Sachin Khedekar is good and so is Mohnish Behl in a special appearance. Namrata Shirodkar as Sunil Barve's girlfriend is wasted. The ending of the film is somewhat prolonged. Direction is good.
