The Harvest

I was somewhat disappointed by the first BtVS book. They took out some of my favorite lines and added some really unnecessary ones. The author also makes a point of giving more space to the vampire saga. We learn more about the Master, but not much. According to the book, his real name is Henrich Joseph Nest. Joss has made it very clear that the books and the show are totally diffrent, and they dont have to follow the same rules, which seems very true for most of this.
