INSTRUCTIONS
Download the zips (you will need either WINZIP or PKZIP) unzip into your winamp/skins folder. Then open Winamp and right click on it, then highlight options then click Skin Browser, then click Set Skin Directory and make sure the path points to your *example.. c:\winamp\skins*, then just choose the skin you want and click close. If you unzip and the files don't come in a folder, simply make a new folder and place the files in it.
