October 23rd-

If  I have to watch anymore Bo and Billie I am going to beat both of them over the head with one of those 'Roman' Sculptures that are all over the set.  They are so boring that I sometimes flick to the Home Shopping Channel during their scenes.

I don't have much to say about the other people in Rome.  Sami's trying to break up Austin and Carrie.  Wow, that's new!

At least there's one outrageous story happining.  Hehehe.  Did you see Stefano's costume when his image was projected into the jungle?  Frankly, I am more scared of his eyebags than that mask.  When did he learn to speak native, anyway?  Maybe he was just making up syllables and hoping they were scary.  What's this?  Stefano has a new goal besides getting Marlena?  I don't know if I would recognize Days if Stefano wasn't chasing Dr. Evans and kidnapping her at least once a year.......

October 17th-

First of all, why have Steffy and John wearing leather jackets in the middle of the JUNGLE?  It's like 90 degrees and they are wearing leather coats over their safari suits!  Besides, John has been wearing that same leather coat ever since 1986.  He is a millionaire,  why doesn't he buy a new coat?  How in God's name did John get that knife up to his hands from his toes?  That sure looked real.  John provided further proof of his stupidity back when he wondered way into that dungeon with Hope and paid no attention to who might be right outside the door waiting to slam it.  How freaky is Stefano's shrine to Marlena?  ( See Top Ten List ).

Could the people in Rome be a little more boring?  I don't think so.  I can't believe Bo wants to 'rekindle' his love for Billie.  It is about time that Bo and Hope got back together.  Then there's Debra, she bugs me.  I think Mike should get involved with someone besides Carrie but not Debra.

I am so happy to see Alice participating a storyline (helping Jen get a job in prison). Frances Reid is a very funny and entertaining actress (especially when Alice has scenes with Susan).

Am I the only one who recognizes the warden who interviewed Jen?  I know he's been a bad guy on the show before but I can't place him?  Anyone who knows please email me Lyn .

Back to the Brady/Dimera mess... Sami's demise was fabulous!  I must have watched Carrie punch her 67 times.  And I had to rewind and watch Marlena slap her about 43 times.  I just LOVED it.  And Lucas' performance was also quite impressive when he learned the truth about Will.

I really don't care for Josh Taylor's interpretation of Roman. Sometimes I wish Marlena would rip those tubes right out of his nose.  I hope they don't get the cure.  Nyeh nyeh.  He is just so boringly repetative.  I definitely do NOT want him paired with Marlena.

August 29th-

Wow, Carrie has a clue!  Who is next?  John?!?!  I'll believe that when I see it : )  Anyway I can't wait until Carrie gives Sami a big ol' whomp in the head.  I hope I am not dissappointed by some little wimpy slap either.  (Note: Normally, I do not believe that violence solves any problems or has any justification. However, this is Days of Our Lives we are talking about.  I want Sami, Kristen, Franco, Max and maybe even Laura all to be beaten until they bleed, which brings me to my next comment.)  I heard that Marlena gives Kristen a good slap on Monday and I can't wait : )

Meanwhile what has happened to Franco?  I'd like to believe that he just fell off the edge of the earth but somehow I doubt that.  I certainly don't miss his obsessive stalking of "Ope" but it's unlike him to let her out of his sight for so long....  I hope he's not off building some cage or cell to lock her in, so that he can proclaim his eternal love for her.  Been there, done that, Days.

I know so many people love the new Mike and Carrie pairing.  And since it doesnt' look like Mike is going to marry me (as I dream of so often) I guess Carrie can have him.  I don't really prefer Mike and Carrie over Carrie and Austin though.  Despite the fact that Austin has jelly for brains, Carrie really does love him.  I am glad Mike isn't pursuing her because he knows that.  At least some one on the show

August 17th-

Why the heck is John allowed to make plea bargains to Stefano?  I guess any old millionaire can pretend that he is the District Attorney?   Anyway, if they are just going to make illegal deals, why not just offer him Marlena for a weekend or something.  Then, as soon as he admitted Peter was dead and they had him in custody they could say 'just kidding, haha, fooled you old, freaky, chest-hair man!'  But noooo, they promised him that he'd be up for parole in 10 years!  He's old, he'll be dead (for real) in 10 years.  Anyway, I have a great idea.  Judge Judy should preside at Stefano's trial!   Wouldn't that be funny!  She'd send him to the chair or guillotine or something = )  Don't be suprized if Judge Judy appears in Parody of Our Lives VI.

August 12th-

Sorry for the delay in the update.  I have been working a lot more than usual lately (Postal Service and Fashion Bug in case you are wondering), plus one of my friends is being stalked by a semi-psychotic ex, so I try to keep her company as much as possible.

Well, on to Days.  I really like Eric.  He's pretty cute and can act (Someone call an ambulance, there's been an accident in the casting room they hired someone with talent).  I just wish he looked a little older....

Also, I am the only one who thinks Austin Peck's acting is getting better?  I think he's been suprizingly good in the past few episodes.  I hope it's not just a fluke.

I loved Sami's confrontation's with Kate.  Great entertainment.  It was fabulous when she said she was moving to the Kiriakas mansion : ) and then did her little 'With God as my witness' speach. = )  I wish Days had suprized us though, and  made someone else be Franco's boss.

Meanwhile, what's up with those people watching Jack and Jennifer at the Penthouse Grille?  They were mean.  No one would say that to a 'murderer' in real life.  In real life people don't try to offend 'murderers'.  If Jack was a murderer he could kill them.  Even if he had killed Peter, most people would be proud of him for ridding Salem of a Dimera.  Am I right?  Then there's Travis creeping the front door open to eavesdrop.  No one noticed the door moving?!?!

I loved when Stefano waddled in to Roman's room in shackles.  I know his imprisonment won't last, but I find it amusing...

I think the Days wardrobe people are slightly perverted.  Did you see Carrie's purple dress?  And Marlena's pink one?  Even Barbie herself would not be caught dead in those slutty outfits.

July 23rd-

Vivian and Ivan were fabulous today.  That mouse in their apartment was so cute.  Also, that guy Viv was talking to in the bar was a hottie.  He should be on the show more.

I also loved Susan and Sister Mary.  Those looks between them were priceless { = \ hehehe.  However, I wish Susan had said someone else was the baby's father.  I wanted to hear that Bill Horton, or Ernesto Toscano was Elvis' dad!  I wanted something juicy not cheezy.

John was kind of a jerk today making Marlena talk to Stefano on the phone.  She obviously didn't want to talk, and John could have 'kept him talking'.  Besides, Stefano is smart enough to know that that Abe would trace the call!  And weren't Marlena's tears cued perfectly when Roman said he loved her.  I was impressed, especially since Sami cried hysterically yesterday for about one-half hour without any actual tears.....

July 22nd-

Travis was acting like that phone call from Jennifer was such a big deal/close call.  What's the difference if he talked to Jen on the phone even if Jack was with her?  Did he think that Jack would take the phone and demand his 'real' identity?  I guess I just don't get it...

Why, oh why is everyone moving in with (psycho) Kristen?  Don't John and Marlena realize that by moving there, they are inviting Stefano to come and kidnap Marlena, again? He has complete access to all of the house's secret passages.  They might as well put a flashing neon sign outside Sneak in and Steal You Queen of the Night Here  Why would Roman want to be in the DIMIRA mansion anyway?  Why don't they take him to his parents house, (or to his old house) and stay with him there?

July 16th-

How is Travis/Trent going to hide once Jack is out of prison?  Is he only going to visit Jennifer while Jack is at 'work'?  Does anyone else think that Travis/Trent is Peter?  I am starting to thinks it's possible.

Hmmm... Although I thought that today's Pretty Woman sequence was kind of cute I don't know why Marlena chose the yellow dress for her wedding.  I thought the first one (white with sequins on top) was the best.  I bet Susan would agree with me since this dress did have sequins......  And wouldn't you think that Titan would have power generators to work if the power to the building was suddenly cut off?

July 15th-

Austin and Carrie are such morons.  They believe everything Sami tells them.  It's a good thing that they aren't married because they would probably die in their apartment because they forgot to eat or breathe or something.

Pretty soon Jack is going to be out of jail = )  Hopefully, he will go swimming or something a lot so we can see him without his shirt.  He and Jennifer and Abby will be so cute until Peter comes back and pretends he's Stefano again.

Speaking of Steffy, What is up with him reusing the same waitor disguise in a matter of days?  He is usually more inventive than that.  I must also mention the recycling of the pawn storyline- another actor returns as 'Roman' in bandages and obviously injured.  He's probably another man who has been brainwashed into believing he is Roman.  Once Wayne Northrup return Marlena will have three Romans to chose from......

July 6th-

John and Marlena are back together.  Lucas is Will's father.  Hope knows about Bo's undercover work.  Kristen is in jail.   Am I dreaming?

If I were Hope I would be mad at Bo anyway.  I am sure she can keep a secret.  Why would it really have mattered if he told her?  Franco has been grossing me out big time.  Why, oh why did they have to show that wimpy, greasy, loser without his shirt?  Doesn't he work out at the Titan gym with all the other models?  Why is he so flabby?

June 24th-

I must say that Vivian and Abe are sure mentions in Mr Blackwell's list this year.  There outfits are definitely the best.  Not that I don't love John's leather attire, I think Kristen and Marlena both might dump him after they see him in those pants.

More recycling from the writers:  At Maison Blanche Celeste tried to kill John and Marlena with a gas leak in their secret room......At Dimira Mansion Kristen and Marlena get a gas leak in their secret room.

June 18th-

If Jennifer says 'Trent is such a nice guy' one more time, or if Trent says "Thanks, Stefano I am really going to like this" one more time, I am going to toss my TV out the window.  By the way, Travis' call to Jack on Harry's cell phone didn't seem worth the trouble if the two were caught with the phone.  I would think Harry would only let Jack use his phone if it was an important call, and he got something in return.

Don't even get me started on Steffy's cape.  Is that the same cape that Vivian and Marlena have worn?  That cheap wardrobe department was bound to use it again.  Kristen and Marlena are still pretty funny in the secret room, I love it when they argue.

I can not wait for the John/Susan wedding.  They are going to be dressed as Elvis and Priscilla!   I am so excited!

June 12th-

My goodness, the people who design the sets have small budgets.  First, Rome looks like Salem Place only with more plants, then the park where Hope and Franco went for a picnic looked just like the hill Mike and Carrie were on the other day only now the hill has a cheesy statue on it.

If ANYONE says 'CHOOOOWa' or 'ROOOOMa' one more time, I am going to scream.

June 10th-

I love Jack.  He is so sweet : )  It was so nice to see him outside of the prison for criminal models.....  What was up with Laura today?  She can't speak, or even moan but she can sit straight up really, really fast?  Whatever.  It's also nice to see that Nurse Lynn has a conscious.  She looked really upset for Jack, Jennifer, and Laura today.

I think Marlena and Kristen should stay locked up in that room for awhile.  They are quite entertaining in there.  Although, if I confined in a small room I wouldn't be spitting pork rinds everywhere.  I'd try to keep my small living space clean...

June 9th-

Mike and Carrie in the hot tub.  Hello!?!?!  Didn't Carrie see Austin and Sami in the hot tub at the hospital awhile ago?  Is this any different?  We must again thank the writers for their relentless preservation of the environment as they continue to recycyle scripts.

Now it's time for JEOPARDY

"I'll take showers for $400, Alex"

"The answer is: She takes at least two full episodes to thoroughly cleanse herself."

May 30th-

I hope Kate just tells Austin about Sami's memory.  Then not only would Austin know the truth but we would get to hear Kate's secret (as if we don't know).

Susan's call to Graceland was rather amusing today.  I bet Graceland actually gets a lot of calls like that!  I might call and ask to see if they do!

Poor Laura is a walking pharmacy.  Geez, how much can they put in her in one day?  And why didn't someone (even Laura herself) tell Mike that she had just had a glass of brandy before he gave her the medication?

I am still anxiously awaiting the catfight = )

May 28th-

I wanted a fight between Laura and Kate today.  Actually, I was hoping Carrie would come out and whip both of their butts.  She could say "Why don't you BOTH MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS????" and then run over them with Mike's 'new sportscar'  = )  Also, it's kind of nice to have the real Sami back.  At least she is not so pitiful.

I can't wait until Marlena and Kristen's catfight!  I am getting my VCR prepped now.  I hope Marlena puts Kristen's head in the toilet and flushes ; )  I also can't wait for Susan to be completely on the loose with those two both locked up.  It should be funny.

May 23rd-

Sami's electrocution was the funniest thing I have ever seen on television.  I was ROFLMAO for about an hour.  It looked like special effects from the Wizard of Oz or some low budget public access show : )

Don't even get me started about the grave digging.  Those three were also quite funny. And When Susan woke up screaming with all that food in her mouth!  Today's episode was the funniest in a long while........

May 19th-

Why doesn't Marlena just grab Kristen's hair through that conversation/food hole, and shake her up a bit?  Were those Belle's first words ever?  I have never even seen her say 'mamma' before.  She must have gotten her daddy's brains = )

So, what is up with Carrie's retro dress?  And Lucas' muscle shirt.  He should wear a pocket protector with his muscle shirt.  That would be funny......

May 11th-

Friday's show was da bomb! (As my mom put it "I didn't even fall asleep..") I taped it and watched the 'confrontation' and 'Elvis' twice. Ivan was sooo funny too. I actually anticipate Monday.....

May 7th-

Ivan and Vivian were so funny today at the hospital. I still can't stop laughing at Vivian's outfit. I think it's some sort of tablecloth, maybe she borrowed it from the Woman In White.

Nothing ever happens with Jack and Jennifer. I know that usually nothing happens on the show at all, but with Jack and Jennifer it's even more true. They should be on more.

What has happened to Franco the Freakman? He's never on either, not that I am complaining.

April 30th-

Days of Our Lives' wardrobe department is sooo funny. Did you see that CAPE that Vivian was wearing today? Wasn't it the same one Marlena wore when she was "going to tell John the truth"? Like no one would notice that two women have both started wearing black capes this month!?!? Anyway, it's no wonder Susan thinks "that Vivian girl" is a vampire. Anyone who thinks they know who is going to wear the cape next, please email me with your premonition.

There was another loopy wardrobe choice today as well. Ivan's 'John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever' wannabe look. I expected him to do the hustle with Susan.

Meanwhile, Hope said that only she and ShawnD and Billie had been in the Horton house that night. HELLO, where was Mrs. Horton? And all of the other people that live in the HORTON CENTER? What is up with that?
 

April 25th-

Tell me this who cleans out their purse at the pier?? What was up with that? Not to mention that Billie was polluting the Salem River (does it have a name or do they just always call it THE river) by tossing viles of cocaine into it.

If Laura tells Marlena what to do about John one more time I am going to scream. She should mind her own damn business already! What was up with Roman's 2 minute funeral? That was kind of funny. Also I really want to know who filmed that funeral. If it wasn't King or Stefano who could it be? This is the first time in months Days has left me in suspense.

April 18th-

Not that I really believe Roman is dead, but what kind of excuse is "My knee hurts." for not coming to your own brother's funeral (Kayla). This is almost as funny as Austin saying "something good came from something bad", Roman died but Sami is starting to remember. What a moron!

Now, why is Travis trying to help Jack find a new man for Jennifer. Doesn't Travis know that Peter wants Jennifer? I think Peter would be pretty mad if one of Stefano's employees finds someone new for Jennifer.
 

April 12th-

Jack and Jennifer are so cute. I hope he gets out of the prison for criminal models very soon.

That Celeste sure is a smart psychic. I had no idea that an Elvis song could mean a child didn't belong to its 'mother'. But she knew right away. She also has a memory good enough to remember all of Stefano's former employees. How impressive.

I read that on Monday Susan is going to have another fantasy about John (She'll be in a red evening dress this time) I can't wait = )

April 7th-

I want a shower cap like Susan's! Why wasn't she washing her hair anyway? It needs a shampoo and conditioning if you ask me.
What is up with that piece missing from Jennifer's dress. I saw the dress in the Victoria's secret catalogue and I don't like it.
Why oh why would a drug lord go down to the hospital to see who his dealers have shot? Doesn't he think this will incriminate him in some way? What a moronic buffoon that guy is!
Why is it that all Marlena does now is talk to her tape recorder and look at pictures? She could go raise her children or help some other patients, she's only got one (well 2, if you count Laura).
Mike can now add to his list of numerous types of medicine practiced: pediatric surgery. Go Mike!

April 2nd-

Hahaha, Susan wants little Elvis to go to Graceland! That was so funny. I also liked it when Marlena said to her little (psychiatric cliche, anyone?) tape recorder that Susan was "below average intelligence". I thought to myself 'who is average? Susan is certainly smarter than John and Austin!'

Go Carrie, go Carrie. She is going to that charity dinner with Lucas. Haha to Austin. I am so glad she finally got some kind of backbone, but I would have prefered that she slapped Sami then told her the truth.

I love how 'Days' is hiding Billie's pregnancy now. She is always standing behind some huge coat or lampshade. I am sure that no one will notice that we never see her stomach for the next six months. Like the viewers are as dumb as john : )
 

March 27th-

Enough with Sami, already! That girl needs a good kick in the head. I will volunteer for this difficult job : )

hahaha, Susan fell asleep in Marlena's office today- this would be the perfect time to carry Susan off to pinehaven, if you know what I mean. Not that I want Susan to leave, she is by far the most entertaining character on Days, but if she got shipped off to Pinehaven (she did name her baby Elvis!) then Kristen would be caught. Hurrah!

Oh I am so suprised that Mrs. H and Sean D (is it Sean or Shawn?) and Hope didn't get blown up today! That sure was a close call, NOT. As if they would all just up and suddenly die in an explosion, HA. Billie is suuuuuch a moron dropping that flashlight! She could have killed everyone in the Horton Center (or did the Horton Center close? They never talked about it when the bomb was planted. No need to worry about all the people that live there I guess).

March 25th-
What was up with that freaky dream Sami had about someone putting on lipstick?!?! If I had a dream that weird I would stop taking all of those pain killers. They must be doing something to her mind.

Is Lynn (Laura's nurse) some sort of Alcoholic or something.. all she ever does is drink and sleep. It was rather amusing when Laura said something about her usually being dependable (what? You mean when she isn't hanging out with Stefano or drunk?)
 

March 20th-
Ok I was wrong (see March 18th) Vivian had to blackmail Dr Wu into giving her the herbs to bury Carly alive. Donna in Australia (Hi Donna and thank you) emailed me and reminded me of this. It is great to have Vivian and Ivan on so much though.

I love the way Hope thinks that she (alone) can rid Salem of its drug problem. She has no authority to investigate anything anyway since she is not a police officer right now.

As if people in physical therapy can just take a bath with their spouses in the middle of the physical therapy room! If they can do this why didn't Stefano try to get a bath with Marlena when she was helping him with his physical therapy. Also, we all know Sami will walk again, just like Stefano. How realistic is it to believe that ALL paralyzed people walk again? Also isn't it about time Sami left the hospital? She's been there forever.

Where are Jack and Jennifer? They haven't been on in a while.

March 18th-

Those scenes with Vivian and Dr. Wu were very funny but I don't remember him *not* wanting to help her back when she buried Carly alive and killed patients in the hospital. Why does he just now realize she is loony?

That dream where Bo was in danger and got shot today was SO funny. All bullets are clouds of smoke that hit boxes on the pier! Why were there boxes all over the pier anyway? Those are never there when anyone is actually on the pier (and there is almost always someone there). Were they boxes strategically placed there for the bullets to ricochet off of?

March 12th-

I am sure a lot of prison inmates have heart to heart conversations like Jack and Travis did today. I also loved the way Abby narrated her mothers actions on the phone as Jennifer said nothing. "Mommy is crying...she is taking off her rings now" What was up with this?

Hello wardrobe people!! Marlena looked like a Satanic cult member or a vampire in that cape while she was praying in church today.

March 11th - Has anyone else noticed that Marlena is starting to squint like John?

Is Vivian ever going to take off that ridiculous hat?

Did Abe and Lexie lose their house? Do they live on the pier now?

Austin should have crammed that Hawaiian hills brochure up Lucas' nose when Lucas suggested that Austin join Sami in Hawaii and that Kate would let him have the time off.
