Licence To Kill!
J's Opinion

Dalton's second and last performance in the role. More exciting with a better bad guy than The Living Daylights, but still with a PC James Bond. This was the first one to be made after the Berlin Wall came down. I thought it was funny that James had to go after a drug dealer in this one. Otherwise the tension in the film would have had to be, "Oh, no! Does James have correct change to get across the border?"

Rating: 3 1/2 Junior Mints

Esoterica: Shouldn't James be in very hot water after this one? After all, his Licence To Kill had been revoked for the duration of the movie. So the people he killed were simply murders instead of casualties in the line of duty!
