After sinking to the series' lowest point in Moonraker, this one rebounded to a little higher level. At least the plot didn't involve complete destruction of the world this time, a scenario that appears all too often. It's nice to have the spy game being played out over a piece of hardware (as it often is, I'm sure) instead of over total global domination.

Esoterica: There's just something about a lady who's preferred weapon is a crossbow, don'tcha think? As long as one doesn't end up at the business end of it, of course.
